LB-1000
For Heavy-Duty Machining
Recommended for use in
drilling and tapping large diameter (5/8) and deep (1.5) holes,
machining operations that generate a lot of heat, and sawing of large
diameter solids. LB-1000 outperforms most other lubricants by 100% in
lubricity tests. Suitable for all machining operations where maximum
tool life is desirable. Not recommended for use on titanium or
post-heat treated aluminum.

LB-1100
For Heavy-Duty Machining
This natural, environmentally safe oil is recommended
for use in drilling and tapping of large diameter and deep holes,
machining operations that generate a lot of heat, sawing of large
diameter solids, and all machining operations where maximum tool life
is desirable. The non-chlorinated EP package of
LB-1100 makes it ideally suited for stamping with carbide dies,
machining titanium, and heavy-duty machining of aluminum.
LB-2000
for Medium- to Heavy-Duty Machining
Recommended for use in
general machining, drilling and tapping of small diameter holes (under
5/8), sawing of solids up to 6 in diameter, broaching, and spline
rolling. Suitable for use on all metals except aluminum requiring
post-heat treating.

LB-3000
for Medium-Duty Machining
Can be used as a
replacement for mist-type lubricants and coolants. Recommended for
use on all metals, lumber and woodworking operations. Not recommended
for use on aluminum requiring post-heat treating.

for Medium-Duty Machining
An economical Accu-Lube
lubricant compatible with all metals and all applications. Provides
superior lubricity. LB-4500 is recommended wherever there is a need

LB-5000
For Heavy-Duty Machining of Non-Ferrous Metals
Recommended for machining
and sawing of non-ferrous metals. May be used on aluminum requiring
post-heat treating (when properly applied). Meets FDA and USDA specifications for use in food processing areas
with no food contact.

LB-6000
For Medium-Duty Machining of Non-Ferrous Metals
Recommended for
medium-duty sawing of non-ferrous metals requiring post-heat treating.
May also be used in light-duty milling, drilling, tapping and punching
of non-ferrous metals. Also suitable for medium-duty machining
operations as a replacement for mist-type lubricants and coolants.

LB-6100
For Medium-Duty Machining of Non-Ferrous Metals
Using the same natural,
environmentally safe oil as LB-6000, this product contains a
non-chlorinated EP (extreme pressure) package for maximum tool life.
Recommended for drilling and tapping of large diameter (5/8") and deep
(1.5") holes, machining operations that generate a lot of heat, and
sawing of large diameter solids. May also be used in milling,
drilling, tapping, stamping, and punching. Safe for machining titanium
and all metals requiring post-heat treating.

For Medium-Duty Machining
of Aluminum
Designed for sawing and machining of aluminum. LB-6800 outperforms
conventional fluids for aluminum due to superior lubricity and low
odor. Contains no hazardous ingredients, is non-toxic, and is
biodegradable. LB-6800 is non-staining and easily burns off during
post-heat treat processes.

LB-9000
Flood Lubricant for Metalworking Operations
This vegetable-based oil
is recommended for use on all machining applications requiring good
lubricating properties and flooding action. Also suitable for use on
all metal in screw machines, CNC lathes, and machining centers. Good
for ferrous metals and aluminum, except when it requires post-heat
treating. Not recommended for heavy-duty operations.

Accu-Lube
Synthetic
Recommended for machining
of all metals. Formulated from synthetic lubricants, this product
provides the cooling properties of a water soluble coolant with the
viscosity of a straight oil. The rapid heat dissipation eliminates the
smoke associated with straight oils. Cleans easily with water.

Accu-Lube
PowerStamp II
Designed exclusively for
medium to heavy-duty stamping of aluminum, or medium-duty stamping of
ferrous metals. Water-soluble and water washable, Power Stamp II
outperforms conventional stamping fluids because of superior
lubricity, ease of cleaning, and low odor. Contains no hazardous
ingredients, is non-toxic, and is biodegradable. Power Stamp II is
non-staining and easily burns off during post-heat treat processes.

PowerStamp III
Designed for stamping and any heavy-duty application that requires
extreme performance and easy water-washability. PowerStamp III is a
medium viscosity natural base oil, and delivers excellent lubricity
through a non-chlorinated EP package. This product must be cleaned off
material surfaces prior to heat treating.

Accu-Clean safely
removes oil, grease, dirt, and grime from any surface, including
cement all metals, all painted surfaces, upholstery, clothing, and
plastics. Non-toxic, non-caustic, and biodegradable, it can clean
without contaminating water and drain systems. Accu-Clean
contains no hazardous ingredients, no solvents, and no Butyl
Cellosolve, so it is safe for your employees, equipment, and the
