The Gas Watch is the first
gas monitor that can be worn on the wrist like a watch. It can be used
to detect either one or two gases in several combinations. It is
equipped with a Velcro wrist strap which can be worn either on the wrist
or on a belt. Longer arm straps are also available. The Gas Watch will
operate for up to 700 hours on a set of batteries, has audible and
visual alarms, a digital readout, and can display the PEAK, TWA, and
STEL readings. The sensors are inexpensive, easily field replaceable and
have a life expectancy of about 2 years. And yes, it even tells the
