| Lenox Micronizers are designed to deliver a small amount
of specially formulated lubricant to the cutting surface. This
lubricant aids in tooth penetration and chip formation, reducing heat
and improving blade life. |
- Variable air pressure and fluid flow controls allow operator to
control amount of lubricant being applied.
- The Micronizer, Jr. is suited for smaller band saw machines,
general purpose/utility applications, or when one unit will be
shared between several different machines.
- The Micronizer, Jr. is recommended for 1" / 25mm blades and
under, using non-automatic saws, for metalworking applications.
- Lubricant recommendations: Lenox
Lube® or Lenox
Lube - C/Al®.
