The
Micronizer
Sawing Fluid Applicator

Lenox Micronizers are designed to deliver a small amount
of specially formulated lubricant to the cutting surface. This
lubricant aids in tooth penetration and chip formation, reducing heat
and improving blade life.
- Precise fluid pump and air pressure controls ensure the correct
amount of lubricant is applied to the blade.
- A variety of nozzles are available. The Lenox Saw Nozzle
(EDP 68844) is recommended for most sawing operations using the one
line unit (68090).
- The Micronizer is recommended for production sawing operations and
for larger band saw machines (1-1/4" / 34mm and wider blades).
