Ultracut 250R is a biostable, extreme pressure water soluble oil for medium-duty machining, grinding, and sawing of all metals. Its exceptional biostability provides long-term sump life when properly maintained, and the addition of a non-chlorinated EP package provides extended tool life. Designed to give long and predictable sump life in the milling, drilling, and broaching of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, Ultracut 250R contains a high percentage of refined mineral oil which affords a high degree of residual corrosion protection and lubricity while machining. Ultracut 250R provides stable pH performance, and resists bacteria and fungal growth, rancidity, and unpleasant odors.

Suited for all types of machining, this fluid can be used on all metals except titanium. It is compatible with CNC machining, and its effective E.P. additive provides excellent tool life. Special additives protect neoprene seals.

Designed with a proprietary E.P. additive, WS-500A is excellent for machining titanium, Inconel X, aluminum, Rene 41, stainless steel, and other metals. It is compatible with CNC machining and does not contain either chlorine or active sulfur, thereby reducing disposal costs.

An economical soluble oil for light machining of all metals, WS-11 can also be used as a light film rust preventative.

Ultracut 370R is a non-chlorinated heavy-duty semi synthetic coolant formulated to provide optimum performance for a wide range of ferrous and non- ferrous metals (including aluminum). The versatility of Ultracut 370R allows it to be used for both machining and grinding; shops can consolidate metalworking fluids to one universal coolant. Ultracut 370R provides a long sump life due to exceptional biostability and rust protection and contains a special additive for use with brass, bronze, and copper.

SS-405L is a near-universal coolant for machining or grinding many different metals, including aluminum. SS-405L provides exceptional lubricity and leaves a protective oil film on machines for rust prevention.

Setting the standard for over 20 years, Vytron-N is intended for use on ferrous metals only. It has superior rust-inhibiting capability and prevents sump rancidity for up to a year or more.
